This is just a personal theory, but one way to tell is to look at their (stage) names :

• G@MES/HUNK-Ch models who are named with katakana are most likely GAY, in this case for example, Sousuke is "ソウスケ".
• Meanwhile, STR8 & BI models mainly use kanji in their names, with their hiragana in brackets in the video titles, i.e. Masaya with "雅哉 (まさや)".

Although the naming rules don't apply to:

• GAY models with bigger paychecks special contracts, who also use the same name pattern as the STR8 & BI models, like nepo baby Ikuta with 郁太 (いくた), or Yamato with 皇斗(やまと).
• Certain veteran AV models or certain non-Japanese models.
• Models who don't even get names but monikers only like Married Straight X or Cute College Student (before changing to Nagi).
