I've seen this position done on a few of my favourite performers from overseas labels (because such a position is so unique) ... but as for the Japanese ones, the only I've seen is the one done by my favourite rising star, Issei in the Bubble Butt series by G@MES.

I love his look but also his general demeanour when he is answering questions on his interview.
Sure, there might be elements where the questions are little staged but essentially, the way he answers it still comes out as genuine.
