Some are uploaded literally a week or two after they come out. Others never or many months later, just out of the blue. Is there some sort of system??

One thing I've noticed about a lot of JAV is that it is either available via lottery or only via physical or as a bonus/promotion to another video. It sucks and there's a fair bit of JAV content I would like but it's just stuck. The other issue is you can't even buy it digital if you live in the west unless you have a JP credit card or one of their purchasing systems.
