Didn't they just tease us with another tweet picture of him a day ago or so?

It's the mole on his left chest that gave it away (I even double checked Syoei's other videos). Although I'm not sure about that small tattoo on the wrist (he could get it newly sometime before the shoot or it could always be there all along but digitally removed like Fumiya/Koudai, who knows).
