When we talk about Igarashi Hiroya (五十嵐裕也) it's not just about popularity. Hiroya has been a professional JGV actor since 2015. Aside from starring in different porn studios as himself or a goggle man, or doing gogo boy gigs, he also has his own production team, has done (and is still doing) overseas collaborations (like with Peter Fever, etc.) and I think I read somewhere that he's an LGBTQ+ activist as well. He idolizes and was inspired by the late Masaki Koh (真崎航). He used to shoot around 10 scenes every month (nowadays he only does around 5 at least) and is generally considered as one of the most successful JGV actors in the industry. Whether he's attractive or not it comes down to personal preference, but the reason we see him everywhere is because he's taking his career very seriously and is very much booked and busy.

I think Hiroya is attractive, but he needs to do more -- he should bottom more often, and maybe expand his horizons like Jin did -- do some scenes with non-Japanese performers, for example. Maybe he doesn't like to travel.
