Nah. At GVDB he's incorrectly listed as the usual goggleman Kazushi (かずし) but it's NOT him.

Maybe it's Yuya (ユウヤ) but I'm too lazy to further examine in detail (I rarely pay attention to the gogglemen tbh). Here's a comparison with the same mole (but I can always be wrong tho).
