Nishiazabu Studio (ns-ch) works. That's why many of their latest videos have bulkych logo. They also have videos from other companies like HUNK-Ch. Another main platform that Nishiazabu uses is FC2.
HUNK-Ch is both a platform AND a studio (under G@MES) which also serves as a third party reseller for Nishiazabu videos, therefore the same videos would sometimes have the HUNK-Ch logo.
Super Muscular Guy (S級筋肉男子) or S. M. G. has only ever worked for Nishiazabu. Imo his overall appearance was better during the early days of his career.

Nishiazabu original file sizes are usually too big to upload & I really don't like compressing videos. It's such a hassle

Not sure if it's available in the wild. Have you tried refreshing the page when your device hits the minute "3"? Like 08:03, 08:13, 08:23, etc. You should be able to watch/download videos here that way.
Although I heard that it doesn't work for everybody. Still try it if you haven't tho.
