I think so too. It is so funny to see G@me offer him this serie coz the last dead drunk obscenity serie came out almost 6 years ago, but they bring this series back for him. My take is that is he already quit, but just that one time he desperately needed a quick cash before disappearing into the void again. Not only he returned with mosaic eyes, he even changed his name to Naokatsu (尚将) as if people won't find out. Unfortunately many people are into the young himbo-look type (there's a reason of why the likes of Ren, Hiroto, etc. were popular), of course they found out.
Precisely because they already found out their golden cow, they're now starting to milk him non-stop, featuring in old & new series alike, like they did with Yuki Sorci, Hiroto & Masaya. I just hope that they treat our big baby Itto well.
