Uncensored porn is not legal in Japan, so your best bet is any other East Asian country porn lol
Censoring in Japanese porn is just something you have to get used to with Japanese porn and Japanese creators because of legal reasons.
You can find it for old videos that were released in other countries (namely: the long defunct but always classic Glossmen series), as well as studios like JapanBoyz which I'm pretty sure are actually based abroad and possibly film abroad as well (but I don't usually care for their videos even when they have models I find attractive).
You can also *sometimes* find uncensored videos of individual creators? Technically they're required to censor as well if they're operating as a business, but some of them are intentionally "loose" with the censor (NatureTarzan -- although note that he doesn't really have sex, just vulnerable poses alone or with other maybe straight men), drop the censor altogether when they film a scene abroad (Narumiya Jin's abroad videos before he stopped doing OnlyFans, and I believe Chin_Kou's abroad films?? Oh and there have also recently been certain people on BoyfriendTV and stuff who use generative AI to "uncensor" videos (but you can still kind of tell they used to be censored because the effect it not always natural looking).
