Idk calling someone 'acne infested bloated' and promptly mentioning the fantasy of their twin brother doesn't scream concerned to me, certainly not very tactful.
Acne-infested bloated is pretty rude and judgemental. There's quite literally nothing you can do to prevent that if you have to go on high dose Prednisone, which is what Jason was on iirc... And the side effects don't just go away b/c you have to taper off of it over a long period... If you're only on the high dose (40-60mg/day) for a week say 40mg/day you have to taper down to nothing over 4 weeks. If you're on it for longer it takes even longer to taper off of it and then the breaking out lasts weeks after that. It sucks but man does it work to stop inflammation... You generally only go on high dose if you have inflammation from an autoimmune disease that's flaring up. It's nothing like the steroids you may have taken for an upper respiratory infection.
