I use a Firefox extension called Absolute Enable Right Click & Copy. Works like a charm on most sites for me. I am sure chrome or other browsers have similar extensions. Reddit will have more information on this.

yeah, he's put on a ridiculous amount of muscle in a short time frame. Not to mention his skin has that dry look.
