I'm a RLM fan, and it's a running bit that Jay is "confirmed for gay". He's a big John Waters fan, and consistently makes mention of some aspect of gay culture, in the movies they watch. There was a gag in one of the convention episodes that viewers could win an evening with Jay, but "only if you look like this" - cut to picture of John Carpenter.
