Biracial (black/white) people don't have mostly BLK genetics. They are mostly WHT -- because the avg. BLK American person (two BLK parents) can have a significant amount of European DNA (due to slave trade). I especially noticed this when BLK and mixed people were doing those DNA tests and uploading them to YouTube. BLK people all claimed to "have Indian in them," which turned out overwhelmingly to just be BLK/WHT. It was/is very rare for a BLK person to be like Snoop Dogg, who has approx. 71% Sub-Saharan African, 23% Native American/Indigenous - HUGE, and only 6% European DNA.

Mixed people are also interesting. They can have very similar admixtures but look like two different races. Contrast Mariah Carey to Barack Obama. I personally see this in my own family and when I was in college. At the time, I thought a WHT girl was dating a mixed BLK twin that looked quite similar to Barack Obama - saw them getting in the car to go home for Christmas break. As it turned out, they were whole SIBLINGS! I was embarrassed, but the sister said it happened all the time.

Everybody thought she was a WHT girl trying to act BLK. She said that she didn't get along with WHT people -- because that side of her family was really racist. Even though she looked WHT, she said that side of her family reminded her that she wasn't. She also said that she was jealous of her bothers --- because no one questioned their BLKness. That would be a weird place to be in.

No matter how you flip it, if a person's DNA has a large amount of african ancestry they are black person. Especially those who are black presenting. Yes, some biracial children aren't black presenting and some may even go to great lengths to deny their blackness. However, you don't have to look black to be considered a black person.

Generally speaking, lighter-skinned people are treated more favorably in society than darker ones, due to their proximity to whiteness -- because WHT people basically own and control everything and hold a great deal of power. A ton of people have seen that woman. I think she suffers from albinism or something. Even though you like to say that, any person with a significant amount of BLK blood is black, that's not the way many of the millions of mixed-raced Latinos that look like Jay feel. Many Latin American countries were colonized by the Spaniards (Spain is in Europe, making them WHT) -- and many hold the same anti-black sentiments. Depending on what some of them look like, they will "wake up," once they have their "Negro wake up call" -- but many don't.

For some, whiteness is a standard and badge of honor. However, everyone doesn't feel that way. Some mixed race people are proud of their racial identity. It's more damaging to deny a person the right to pick their identity than to choose for them. Also, some people are afraid to choose because they're afraid of the consequences that come with it. Honestly, if racism wasn't a problem many black-presenting people wouldn't have a problem choosing. Change takes time and information to liberate people who are misinformed or self-isolated.
