Nothing. But if you are only into twinks maybe you have a limited range of acceptance of the male body. Being atracted only to slim, petite men is not much of a difference to a straight guy being attracted only to small petite woman and probably comes from the same gender culture. Double the fact that the twink normaly is in opposite to “you”, who is the masc dominant strong part of that trade and you have a repetition of straight gender culture expressed into gay sex. But hey, thats not on the twinks themselves. Nor on people who likes twinks. Just on the ones that limit themselves.
