You're thinking way too hard. You literally just introduce yourself in a thread to get verified--least that's what I did when I joined. Also, the other person isn't explaining the xx:x3/xx:x7 time refresh quite right.
If you refresh a thread with videos on a time that ends in xx:x3 or xx:x7 (or whatever other time as it randomizes on weekends due to higher site traffic), you can watch any uploaded video without having to pay for premium. No hassle, no limit. Not sure where they got the bit of where you can only watch a few minutes of a premium video by doing the time refresh.
Like the other poster said I didn't explain it right. You still get to watch the whole video but you have to refresh on the correct minutes mark. There are two different minute mark that will load the video. it was every x:x3 and x:x7 but I have got it load on x:x5 before. So you just gotta keep refreshing and then it will load the full movie.
