There have been a few scenes in BBT that show Jim Parsons in his underwear. He always fills them out quite nicely. I'm guessing that he's a good size, bigger than average but not gigantic. He has surprisingly nice thighs too.

Watch him in the Netflix series ‘Hollywood’. Jim Parsons is so damn creepy and his drag dance is so realistic that I don’t think he was acting. I think he just committed career suicide.
