Also, whoever this is has also either started a fake Sean from SeanCody account, or somehow convinced Sean to let him run this.

Was just about to comment on this. I figured it was coming when he was offering to sell videos that would be sent outside of Onlyfans.

I'm pretty confident the person that is the promoter and manager is this group is a former pornstar, but I can only remember the last name being Foxx.

I don’t think Jack Foxxx is a porn star running the account, but I do think he was one of the first ‘victims’ of this manager.

Yes! That's him! From what I remember, he was one of the first to announce hung guys joining some little group he was in. That's what makes me think it's him behind it, but I could be wrong and he could be a victim like you say.

I doubt there is much that can be done. I'm sure they probably signed over the distribution and ownership rights to their content when they signed up to have it publicized by a manager, otherwise I think we'd see an effort from these creators to stop it.
