i think joe is aging well - (or not at all) his face is still very youthful , apart from chainging hairstyles he has retained his good skin .

I've seen it, very clearly, in one of his videos. Others also saw it and pointed it out in the comments.
I don't even know how you can be "ocd" about staging and editing videos, and I don't know why you think that makes someone incapable of making a mistake.
From what I've seen he freely records himself around his flat.
