The timeline moved really quickly, at least on Instagram. Nick and Joe followed each other on the 21st (Nick also followed Kit right before he followed Joe, not sure what the connection is there), Joe posted the video of him in Nick's hoodie on the 22nd, they were in NYC together by the 28th, Nick shows up on Joe's Instagram on the 29th. Nick's birthday was on the 26th, not sure if they hung out that day as well.

If you check out Nick’s twitter you see that he was pretty busy in NYC (not with Joe). So I’m not fully buying the hook up, maybe just hanging out a bit.

This. We literally have no idea what’s going on with Joe and Bash and their relationship. They also both obviously knew they’re gonna be far apart for a lot time because of their jobs so they might have decided to just split or just take a break for some time. Maybe an open relationship.
