He likes the attention. He'll act like he has them sometimes, say he doesn't other times. Take it with a pinch of salt.
Read the thread. They don't exists without the emoji, the only person that has them is the guy that put them out and he never shared them without the emoji, if anyone claims to have them, they are trying to scam people for money.

My guess is, they don’t exist. That he sent them with emojis as he’s in the public eye. Anyone I’ve messaged that claims to have them, goes quiet. I’ll believe it when I see it

Happens all the time. People just enjoy making out that this isn't the case, sometimes to scam, more often just because they like the attention or enjoy making others believe that they know something they don't.
