seems like it’s just burnout. He’s been pretty distant from his socials in general, so this absence doesn’t surprise me.
could also be that the enchantment of being a massive “influencer” is wearing off, and even though he’s got 1.2 million followers, that doesn’t translate to anything without actual sponsorships and brand deals.
there is good news on that front, though: apparently Facebook are planning to bring a YouTube/TikTok payment scheme to Instagram, so “influencers” could potentially earn a minimum for their view count/engagement.
If that means Joey gets motivated to be more active, so be it.

To be fair, he’s still a financial success given his age. It’s puzzling NO ONE told him to invest that money instead of buying an absurdly expensive car. Hell, a Tesla would have been a flex while leaving most of his bank account intact.
