I understand people's frustration when something feels like it is priced too high. this makes sense to me but don’t forget OF takes a percentage!! people are definitely making big money, but it’s a fact that the bigger the payout, the more you owe the middle man lol

also my two cents is: it’s important to remember that included in the math for each OF creator’s pricing costs is the risk the person is incurring by producing explicit content. it’s an irreversible decision, so for that individual the benefit has to be worth the sacrifice and potential future negative consequences. it’s not just about ‘what is the going rate for a jerk vid on the OF market.’ each creator is drawing a line for the amount of money they need before they’re willing to put themselves out there like that, in ways they can’t take back.
IMO it’s better to just think of it like, there really is no ‘standard’ price for any type of explicit content.
