In the 80s/90s there was a code to where if you had a earring in your right ear it meant you were gay. If you wore it in your left ear it meant you were straight.

Used to be that back in the day (60s onwards), if a man had a piercing/earring on the left, they were straight. If they had one on the right, they were gay.

That was the claim around the community. I don’t know if it’s true or not but honestly that was a 20th century way of identifying yourself. Not sure it applies to men today though.

So I’m not gonna speculate that he’s gay (or queer) based on an earring on the right. Maybe he’s just flamboyant lol
