It’s mad, isn’t it? Nobody who watches the podcast seems to have realised, despite William being less than subtle in his (very funny) jibes and asides.
In one episode William literally said to him “anything else in the closet” and everyone laughed. But I’m sure he is straight and 6ft
Part of me thinks a reason for him not coming out publicly is it would disrupt the basic premise of a very successful podcast (straight rough northerner being best mates with gay posh southerner) and would reduce the scope for teasing. William said in one episode “Let’s answer the question on everyone’s lips… is he or isn’t he… a raging home…owner.”
I don't think people care about gays on a podcast, correct if I'm wrong. But it's about being fun loving
I don’t think the listeners care at all. I’m just saying that if he came out it would change the dynamic.
