ed sheeran absolutely gets dragged for his shitty music. no one is paying much attention to sam or john, they've fallen into irrelevancy.
justin timberlake has been dragged for the music he's made after him and britney broke up.
it's not misogyny at play. it's calling out musicians who create music basically attacking their ex and then let their fanbase harass that person. joshua literally ended up in the hospital and her fans were wishing he'd die. and does she address any of the hate he's gotten? no, because she knows that'd mean taking accountability and possibly losing fans. she's a younger taylor swift, making catchy music shitting on her exes and then letting her fanbase run wild and not addressing it at all
younger taylor swift is not an insult lol. taylor dominates the music industry. in the words of taylor herself, “if guys don’t want me to write bad songs about them then they shouldn’t do bad things”
(not saying josh did anything bad but olivia is just writing her perspective of the relationship as he has written his)

Taylor did say that she wasn't okay with fans getting involved with her personal life, and even more since she's still in good relation with some of her exes like Joe Jonas for exemple
when that short with dylan about jake gyllenhaal came out, jake basically got the same treatment from taylor's fans that joshua did from olivia's.
yeah, she's telling her perspective, which is her skewed view of the way things went. and olivia does the exact same thing. because then we hear joshua's perspective and they're not the same story.
clearly playing the victim because they know it's super easy to get the internet to turn against any man, because the internet has developed this "all men are trash" mentality, that all it takes is a girl making some shit up about a dude that stans turn against him.
some random girl was on twitter making allegations against joshua, all because she's a olivia stan and hated his guts. and then came forward as having lied about what she said.
when i say someone is a young taylor swift, or another version of taylor swift, it's not to account for taylor's success in the music industry, but how she just makes catchy music shitting on her exes and getting her whole fanbase to turn on them. it's never a compliment to compare someone to taylor swift

Josh clearly says, "bro, it's 7am" in an upstairs hallway. That's actually kinda accurate light, as least to me. Hell, his very first shot is backlit coming out of the shower. Disney clearly knows what the audience wants to see first from him.
