Is it just me or is Josh kind of underrated? He puts this in a music video and there aren't many tweets, comments or forum posts about it compared to what you see with other Disney stars
his reputation has taken a few hits the past couple of months from the fake sexual assault accusations, past homophobia, and taking too long to speak out on the BLM movement, and the fact even most of his costars have distanced themselves from him.
Yeah I feel bad about him for that. Like not many people stood up for him and just believed in the fake easily like there is no proof that he did but they just accused Josh of doing that. Everything is so simple I don’t know why people on twitter are so stupid

I'm sure he'll rise in popularity soon enough. Once season 2 of his show comes on, and some time has gone by, people will forget about the allegations and him saying the f word.
I'm sure he'll be fine in the long run. He's hot, talented. His music video got 400k views in 2 days. Only 320 dislikes. Which is really good considering where he stood in popularity before and the scandals.
And in regards to BLM (I got onto Gavin Leatherwood for not speaking on it) but wasn't Joshua literally at protests with Sabrina Carpenter? I'm not saying he shouldn't have posted stuff to social media to raise awareness, but he was in public, during a pandemic, doing more than 90% of celebrities rn. That's just people being picky for a reason to cancel someone tbh.

it didn't help that most of this happened over the course of like two weeks and only that one account took the accusation back while a few more have stepped up but haven't gotten anywhere because of lack of proof. The final straw for most people though was not speaking up for BLM when almost every other cast member had done so quickly and when he did his defense for not doing so was lackluster

He did. But not like a big apology. He responded to a tweet about it and apologized. So you can't see it if you're just going through his main tweets, you have to look through his Tweets & Replies.
He said: "hi! i'd like to apologize. while i did not mean any harm whatsoever, using words like that is reckless and that kind of attempted humor is not okay, ever. i'm sorry. i can and will do better."
Yeah he was at 3-4 protests without posting for attention. Defund the Police LA during the day, another one at night, a Pride one holding a flag, and one according to a guy on Twitter who said Josh told him "don't make this about me" after requesting he not post a photo.

about that I can’t see the point why people make it a big deal. The point is he send it to his friend not A stranger and people on twitter just act like they are a pinky princess. I’m quite sure one of people who pointed this out say this f word too
If typing "I miss you, f-g/daughter" in a comment to a straight, female friend at 16 years old defines someone's character for the rest of their life then we need to shut down society lol
Luckily on TikTok and elsewhere, his reception has been really positive. My comment earlier was just about how his shower scenes are barely talked about. Probably just due to a younger fanbase.
I fuckin hate when people try to ruin grown ass adults' lives over comments from when they were a teen. It is so grating. And it's almost never us gay people doing it. It's these straight people thinking they are doing us a service.
