the defamation thing is that a girl with an user in twitter like @juju26483692 accused him of rape... I generally take the side of the victim but there was a lot of odd things in the situation and at this time there was a lot of "false accusations" happening in Twitter (like the one involving Justin Bieber)
but with him things got really crazy because he got another accusations from a lot of profiles (equally anonymous / fake) so he had to write an statement and was even criticized for "lack of alibis" because the accusations was like "at the day 23/06/2017 Joshua Basset took me in a party and rape me heeeelp" I mean I don't remember even what I have for lunch today... it would be extremely distressful to find alibis for 2, 3 years ago... to anyone (and in the Justin Bieber situation he had alibis because... come on, Justin Bieber have his ass photographed 24/7)
I got suspicious because I also am, myself, a victim of abuse and I know people don't get at home and write an extremely detailed report, the girl almost put a Google Earth coordinate in the story
