Agreed. I used to have a bad taste in my mouth when it came to Matt. But, Matt definitely isn't homophobic.
He's pretty close with the cast of HSMTMTS especially Frankie and Joe, both of whom are gay. And just recently he posted a story hanging out with a friend of his that's non-binary. I think Matt is a genuinely chill person nowadays. People grow. Just because he liked a tweet when he was a teenager or wore a shirt doesn't mean he's a bigot in 2021.
And when Josh made that post after the whole situation with the Harry Styles thing, Matt showed him love.
Honestly I’ve never been onboard with the idea that it’s okay to say the F word if you’re gay. Same with the N word. To me, it’s either offensive or it’s not. If I don’t like it when straight people use it, I don’t feel like I should like it if a gay person says it.

He already had a nice voice, but it’s getting better lol. You can tell he’s been taking lessons and getting a better technique lol. If you go from “Sorry” or “Do It All Again” and play “Feel Something”, his voice sounds different.
I just want him to sing me lullabies, tuck me in and kiss my head goodnight and then cuddle until morning comes lol
For real, Lie Lie Lie sounds extremely painful for him to sing. The recent song he sang in HSM sounds much better with better control.

Agreed. Something I also noticed more recently is that he has been getting more comfortable with working in the lower vocal range, which has been working out really well for him (Even when, Let you go). His previous works, like you guys have pointed out, were all him singing at the top of his lung. He is growing a lot as an artist, happy to see it

I just have to say, I love when threads are this peaceful between ppl lol. We come here because we love Joshua. We may disagree at times. We may not be on the same page at times. But it stays peaceful…most of the time lol. It’s refreshing to see after going through a bunch of other toxic threads. Hopefully I didn’t just jinx it lol
