i kinda feel bad for the guy. he drops a new single right when he gets dragged through the mud on twitter. he apologized. he didn't come out (i for one think he's at least bi, mainly because he once did a really good impression of being gay and has some tendencies during non-scripted events and interviews). new to this site, but i def agree with what previous poster said... only closeted gay guys and hardos put "interested in women" on facebook and he's def not a hardo. he's def not coming out anytime soon even if he is in the closet based on all this bullshit with twitter/cancel culture.

Also agree with everything people have been saying about him and olivia. i'm sure the pair are so sick and tired of hearing it because there's no truth to it because she was underage. yeah, 2-3 year age difference is fine if you're in your 20s or olders. but with teens, it's weird and very much stigmatized.

Well he works for Disney so ... We have to wait how he gets out of there, once he has stopped working there lmao

Does Disney have some morality clause against their actors coming out while under contract? They certainly have talent who already identify as LGBTQ+ but idk. I kind of get it because he's playing straight on screen but still seems crazy!

I don't think he is gay, and I hope my Gaydar is right on this person. I don;t know even if he is gay he will never interested in me anyway

Yeah honestly it's a complete toss-up whether or not he's gay. My honest guess is that he's bi, but who knows, i'm just totally speculating.

But don't be down on yourself! Obvi celebrities stay in their own circles anyway. They close themselves off to the outside world to protect themselves. I'm sure you're a catch!

There's no way they would put anything like that in writing, even Disney as big as they are would avoid it. But I think there's certain unwritten rules. Just look at their passive progressiveness when it comes to LGBT characters. They're almost entirely tokenistic.

And can you see them casting an openly gay man as one of their A listers in a Marvel movie?

Well to be fair do you see many openly gay men getting cast in big blockbusters frequently lol? As for Marvel, I don't think disney has much say. Kevin Feige is the king on those movies and he's talked about diversity and inclusivity in ways that isn't tokenistic. I believe there was a story last year or earlier this year about how he was going to quit if Disney execs didn't allow him to have diversity.

But yes I agree that Disney is tokenistic. They don't actively try to be diverse.

No, you don't see other studios doing it that frequently either but that doesn't let Disney off the hook.

If Feige said that and meant it then more power to him, but considering the biggest LGBT character in a Marvel movie was that guy in Infinity War who mentioned he had a husband, I'm not exactly holding my breath on him doing more than that.

Well for one I never said it let Disney off the hook. I was more kind of saying that we shouldn't just hold Disney's ass to the fire haha. As for the Marvel movies, they are going to have an lgbt hero in the Eternals.
