I work in the NC court system! When you see "Deceased" after Custody Detail, that means that the offender has died. If he were still alive it would say "General Release" after Custody Detail.

I'm not sure who logged into his OF account on April 10th, but I doubt that it was Julian.

This is really sad after the journey he’s been on. RIP

I’ve looked high and low, I can’t find anything that shows he died. Checked a lot of his family members social medias, and see posts about him when he had his accident. His dad posted a YouTube video about an old lady that passed away a week ago, but nothing about his son? Maybe I’m gullible too, I hope I’m right tho and he’s ok.

Actually you guys are right he's passed away it was a break-in at his home two females enter the home not knowing anybody was in there and they were startled when he encountered them upon exiting his room and the females panicked and fired shots that's all I know as of right now and to answer your question why family hasn't posted about it apparently all family has cut ties with him allegedly because they did not agree with his perverted ways that's their words not mine.
