I think this pic and it's buddies are the foreskin hunters treasure. Looking at the shot of Justin with various positions of penis visible, there appears to be exactly one where anything like a coronal ridge is visible (the far left of the three), and if he were circumcised, and his cut head is likely to be was obvious enough to make it into some other photo given these swimclothes/ . It would probably have made a few more given the interest in his cock, and a few more given what he was wearing, but cut cocks tend to have hard obvious penis lines when you wear basketball shorts like he does.
