Yes he does. He treats people like nothing but wallets for his use. I paid $50 to join it and he never posted anything… ever. When I joined, he said that there would be plenty of spicy pics, including nudes sent regularly. At one point he didn’t even post to it for about two months. This week he sent out a warning to everyone on his private that if they weren’t tipping him enough, he was going to start removing people. He obviously got a few new users that paid for the VIP snap so started snapping some mildly spicy pics. I’m happy to say I reported everyone of them and got his account banned. Fuck him.
