I don't think so, the Kris HRT Tweet was posted April 6th. In Karls Insta Feed on March 18th you can see his Nails are already chipped and his post shortly after since April 1st he has no Polish at all.
Also: Karl never cared about hate or being seen as queer. He was hated before Kris outing and after by many and he said in the Anthony Padilla Interview that it doesn't bother him anymore at all. He was always seen as the gay child friendly dude who ruined Mr.Beast. Even if he isn't gay. And that will get you hated on a community as big as MrBeasts. Jimmy is the best person on earth, but his community (or at least the loudest voices in it are /) is toxic, homophobic and transphobic

Like, it’s cool that acting gay is “acceptable” now and all that..
but at the same time I find it super fucked up that these guys are pretty much just doing it just for clout with their 90%+ teen female fanbase that for some reason is obsessed with soft-bois being gay with other soft-bois/ yaoi kinda stuff.
Like straight guys liking lesbians is a well-known thing.. but lesbianism has always been more “acceptable” and also I don’t think doing lesbian stuff has ever gone THIS far—when the people doing it are for all intents and purposes straight?..
But yeah, he’s cute and props for still being a twink at 25 and I’d join any OF he made… but still.. the queerbaiting among this group is really bothering me.

I don’t really have any evidence to support this, but I kind of feel like Karl is an exception in that he doesn’t do it for show. To me it feels like he’s just naturally flirtatious with other guys, and would act the same way off camera. But who knows.
