I thought he was italian or hispanic. Resemblances can fool people sometimes. Mizrahi jewish have middle eastern ancestors and sephardi jews have portuguese and spanish ancestors. Most israelis are mizrahi jews. It looks like Ken have sephardi jews ancestors. He does look mediteranean.

Not really: you go through a bulking period of training/diet to pack on muscle (an inevitable fat along with it) before eventually changing your diet to cut fat and retain your muscle mass. That’s bodybuilding 101.

And I’m assuming he had hair transplants.

Man wigs are indeed more becoming more popular. But if he really does have a wig, he’s really committed to keeping it up! And isn’t his hair always consistent? Like never a “fresh cut” post or a noticeably fresh fade.
