Nope. You were fed the wrong info. That little case was on fraud and false advertisement, where the gay Thai guy who stole the brand from Alan Sim registered the Facebook and Instagram pages for a verified blue check. It's not about who rightfully owns the MI brand.
The gay Thai guy asked the gay Korean national director of Mister International Korea to kick out all Philippino admins of the MI Facebook and IG pages in the middle of the 14th edition held in the Philippines. (The gay Korean had access to the pages since he's allowed to post content directly from the Mister International Korea activities.) The Philippino admins kicked out, the gay Thai guy then registered the pages, so he could flaunt he's the legitimate owner. He is not. I am not saying the Philippine side is the legitimate owner, too, as this has yet to be determined by the courts. I just wished Alan Sim had clear documents and will to whom he's passing the ownership.
But the fact that the gay Thai guy played dirty by kicking out the Philippino admins, then registering MI Facebook and Instagram pages as his own, clearly shows he's up to no good.
Add to that the gay Thai guys' records of soliciting sexual favors from Mister Global candidates so they advance in the competition.
From now on, expect more sexual favors issues and scandals from the MI based in Thailand, as both the gay Thai and gay Korean want dicks. Lots of them.
