Well for one they have the same surname (that's a quick and easy google search away); secondly, if you scroll down Kurts Adams Instagram, you can find posts where the two can bee seen together with a captions like "family always comes first (...) much love mum and bro!!!" and "All we have is each other, from the same mother, what more can I ask in a brother? Look after you everyday bro!"
