There are a few different meanings floating around. As originally coined, it meant someone who looks so good that people suspect they aren't "natty" even though they are. Mostly its just a phrase gym rats throw around on social media as a joke/meme. It can also refer to anything that visually enhances your gains. "Half natty lighting" or "half natty tan" for example.
