IMO body-wise he's twink, I'm pretty sure twink has been used to refer to muscular gays for a long time so I don't really see the need to separate it into twink and twunk, and hunk is more a general term for someone masculine rather than twink which is used to categorise a gay man. So really he isn't really a twink unless he's gay, but I agree with another reply, he doesn't really suit hunk, so we can give him twink.
