There is an actor who also sing, and even played transgender and women roles on TV. (I don't remember his name) but I remember how there was a singing competition and he was against Jo Kwon and out queen him fair and square.

Jo Kwon is a member of 2nd generation hallyu Kpop group. I don't think there would be any fruity Korean celebrities who has the same star power and attraction as him. Maybe Hong Seok-Cheon but I don't think he's interested in drag culture

I know who Jo Kwon but I did have brain fart about Kim Ho Young's name..

Kim Ho-Young is not only an actor, but also a singer and producer who brought Kinky Boots, Priscilla, and many other queer contents in Korea. If there is a gay content in the musical scene best believe he and his team will adapt it for Korea.

Plus he is openly gay and his around since 2002.
