They are legally separated as of May 5 and have filed for divorce but with both of them wanting full physical custody of the 4 youngest children the chances of an OF isn’t going to happen for a long time.
I doubt an OF would ever happen given the fact that he has 4 small children and adult step-daughters

Kroy is gay, no doubt, but he's a God-fearing Golden Retriever type. I knew he and Kim had an understanding when they had their boring ass show, but now that's gone, and their money too, Kim is, of course, kicking him in the curb.
There are signs. He hasn't shown any interest in women, but he is definitely more comfortable being surrounded by women probably because growing up with two older sisters plus his mom and most likely grandma.
Kim happens to be his first relationship. A good-looking man like that and no past girlfriends?
I don't think he had a full-on gay experience but the fact that he was a wrestler and a football player, I think the gayest thing he had was jerking off with another dude in the shower and/or even kissing, but that's it.

He was dating a woman when he met Kim. The women said he suddenly ghosted her and then she saw him with Kim on RHOA. Being from a ranch, wrestling and wearing Speedo’s doesn’t make you gay. The fact that they have 300 kids proves he loves to bang women. Entertaining theory though.

I don't believe that story because remember RHOA was at its highest and people would do/say for 15-minute fame. Who's the woman? Where are the photos of her and Kroy together? Normally when people alleged they had a relationship with someone, they would have proof.
