Yes, I add the L-Arginine in separately..no issues......and I buy the acetyl-l carnitine & alpha lipoic acid as the combo capsule that Walmart, Vitacost and others sell.

The news spot I saw that night showed the actual groups of older mice used in the study. Group A & Group B we both OVERfed the same amounts but one group was given the 2 supps in addition to their high calorie intake. Then they showed a comparison of both groups after several months. 120 servings for $30 seems to cheap. Unless you're expected to multiple servings a day. Then it makes sense.
