If a trans'man' can but chose not to have sex reassignment surgery we have to assume that 'he' is happy with having a vagina and therefore being of the female gender at least physically. In that case what makes them different from a regular butch lesbian?

Ok so I was racking my brain trying to remember where he said he didn't have bottom Surgery and I remembered it was with TS Madison. Now to be fair this interview is 3 years old and a lot can change since then but at 2:20 he explicitly states that he hasn't had bottom surgery and is comfortable not getting it.

If anyone has a more up to date interview I would LOVE to see it. I don't see any graft scars on his arm either. I just think he uses a packer in his underwear when he models.
