He has provided, but he's inconsistent and disinterested. It's maybe a nitpick, but scammer seems harsh to me

Yes I get that... Just scammer feels like it's always, but we know he's provided to most people. Not providing customs doesn't feel like a scammer, but kind of. I don't know. I just reserve scammer for the straight guys telling everyone they've got m4m sex vids to get us to pay a $20pm of then using a pay wall to give us porn that isn't even them. Like Brad Cockpit and the ones like him.

Plus, legitimately, of will refund if you can show you paid and never receive.
