Human bodies respond differently to stimuli. Some queer men who get penetrated experience arousal as psychological and physiological response.
Some, like myself, experience psychological arousal, but not much physical arousal. I enjoy bottoming, but its much more a mental enjoyment. I would like to experience it physiologically, but its not yet happened in my 20+ years of being sexually active.
It used to bother me quite a bit that I couldnt maintain an erection while getting penetrated, but as Ive gotten older and learned more about human sexuality, Ive come to learn that the expectations we bring to our sexual behavior are often not sufficiently (or at all) informed by an understanding of the complexities of our reaction to external stimuli.
All of that is to say that some ppl who get fucked do not experience an enlarging of their dicks while they are penetrated and may even have their previously rock hard dicks go limp. Others do.
