I think he's real. I started chatting with him (JimJimmy), he told me himself that he was Leo and that he therefore had this other Instagram account. So he seems to just compartmentalize his accounts for an unknown reason.
And we chat in French, on his onlyfans account he also told me that he was French and he answers me during European hours. I don't think he's lying about his identity. On his Instagram it's him who answers I think, but his Onlyfans is managed by someone in my opinion.
