The research on them suggests that repeated and consistent use, daily, that is, can yield positive benefits.

I first started using them as a means for correcting some penis curvature caused by Peyronie’s Disease. It’s recommended that those that have curvature of the penis use either a traction device that extends and claps down on the penis, to be worn for extended periods of time, surgical intervention, or penis pumps. I opted for the least invasive and troublesome option.

It is also recommended for those that have Erectile Dysfunction, as an alternative to Viagra or other pharmaceuticals.

Short term, I definitely see the benefits in size and blood flow, and I use it almost every time I masturbate.
