Levi Mack (tik Tok, Instagram)

I liked the kids content. He had a really good vibe going on. I got concerned with the posts about exercise “curing” clinical depression. Now all this. I rarely take eye candy seriously enough to be disappointed but man this just sucks.
Regular exercise is literally proven to be the best therapy for clinical depression.

I have heard this as well and I hear stuff like this from MANY fitness influencers. It is not just him. He is right. Regular exercise helps against depression and many other ailments both physical and psychological.

I agree. It’s helped me significantly more than any medicine and/or therapy. Find a form of movement that you love and challenges you.

Oof he's not aging well. His dad is way hotter imo
I Hope he's using sunscreen. The man spends a lot of time outdoors. I lost interest in his content a while back. I'm all about his dad though. Not enough to turn Instagram notifications back on or check here much. I'm still "watching" this though. He seems like a good kid.

It’s just crazy because there are health benefits (decreased risk of prostate cancer, reduced stress, etc.)

He’s going to completely eliminate it because of scripture?

To each their own I guess?
I hope he enjoys those nocturnal emissions because it’s gonna get out one way or another.

In his latest Youtube video, he mentioned that his goal is to not masturbate at all.

Like… damn.

I get not wanting to bust every single day, but not jerking off whatsoever? Hell no!
Dylan O'brien (the delt guy on tiktok) studied the benefits of NNN and basically, you really only benefit from about 7 days of no masturbation, after that, test levels are not correlated to it. If anything it lowers test. If it's a religious choice, been there done that. Good luck..
