They push bs products to their followers while saying "I'll follow and DM everyone who buys", obviously they don't, but impressionable young people are gullible and so go out and buy this crap, take a pic of the receipt, as he asks, and he never DMs them and auto blocks comments that call him out. There's an entire network of these low-lifes on social media, hence the "go follow my good friend" and "swipe up" snaps/stories that lead to more crap.
