I've heard some people say that they can tell where an Asian person is from by the way they look (find that hard to believe -- unless they have a particular style of dress or accent) -- so it's just something I like to take note of when I'm saving my files.

Well yeah I can usually tell, but it's mostly for people who look very typical to their nationality, and it's not confirmed really, it's just a guess. This guy is clearly south Asian, so Thai, Indonesian, Filipino, smthn like that originally, but he lives in Australia and seems to be Australian, he might even be a mixie. I'm under the impression he's originally from Thailand, probably because he reminds me of a Thai guy I used to hook up with who was just as delicious... yum.
