Yep, I went recently and walked around to all the restrooms I believe, and they all had dividers. It was so hot when there weren't any.

I went to the gay bars weeks ago.. sat around drank few beers and sucked a couple guys off (one college guy.. that had never did anything like that that wasn’t in bedroom or closed in place)

Concourse G (I forget which terminal exactly) has no dividers!
I've visited so many football and cricket stadiums across the UK and found that majority are large open urinals.
A few non league grounds I've been to is nothing more than a wall with a gutter dug into the floor. You pee directly onto the masonry.

If you happen to be flying to CLT in North Carolina or have a connecting flight, I found out that a restroom near a pizza spot and some whiskey store in Concourse E has no partitions at all.
almost all of that terminal doesn't, hopefully they won't renovate anytime soon. if i recall 5 total restrooms do not have dividers.
